Step 1: Consultation
This is where we get to know you and what you would like to accomplish with your meal plan! We go over all of your goals, your current eating habits, lifestyle and food preferences. We do an InBody Body Composition Scan that measures how many calories your body burns daily, in addition to providing information about how much water, body fat and lean mass your body is made up of. We take measurements and photos to help you track your progress if you have weight loss or weight gain goals.

Step 2: Meal Plan Delivery!

We take all of the information gathered during your consultation and craft a custom meal plan to suit you, your goals, your food preferences and your lifestyle. As soon as it is ready, we deliver to you via email. All of the numbers have been crunched, the recipes are provided and now all you have to do is cook and eat! Turnaround time is approximately 7 days.
